Kentucky State Police are investigating an accident in Menifee County that sent a pedestrian to the hospital with serious injuries Tuesday night.
The sheriff's department tells 27 NEWSFIRST that 35-year old Stephen Jones was hit in front of the courthouse in Frenchburg around 8 p.m.
Jones was air lifted to the UK hospital. He's listed in critical condition.
No charges have been filed against the person who hit Jones.
