Police Investigate Rash Of Burglaries

Updated: Fri 11:17 AM, Feb 05, 2010

Danville Police want people to be on guard after a rash of burglaries.

The latest crime was reported Wednesday night on Count Fleet Circle.

The crime count is up to seven homes robbed in the past seven days in the usually quiet central Kentucky town of Danville.

And now, it's thought that all of the burglaries were pulled off by the same person.

On Sunday night, a resident chased an intruder from a home on Bluegrass Pike.

Police say homeowners should lock their doors and keep valuable things out of view.
