Mudslide Closes Heavily Traveled Road

Two lanes of a heavily traveled road in Rockcastle County were closed for several hours on Friday morning due to a mudslide.

U.S. 25 in the Livingston area was shutdown, near the Laurel County line.

State road crews brought in dump trucks and backhoes to cleanup the mess.

everything is now back to normal in the area. There's no word on what caused the mudslide.
