Community Comes Together To Support Local Organization

A Lexington motorcycle club is receiving lots of donations after being after being hit by thieves.

The Bopster Motorcycle Club says the community has reached out in a big way to help replace the nearly $2,000 in toys and food that was taken.

The donations will go to sick children at local hospitals.

Police say two brothers, Charles and David Haddix, broke into the motorcycle club located on Shelby Street Monday morning, and stole the toys and food.

Police arrested the brothers for the crime, and both men are being held in the Fayette County Detention Center.

Now, with the help of the community, all of the stolen goods have been replaced, and will be delivered this weekend.
