Richmond police have arrested a man on child sexual abuse charges.
Officers took 43-year-old Robert V. Ogle of Big Hill Avenue into custody.
It came after an investigation into allegations of improper touching of a child under twelve years of age. The allegations came from the child's parents back in November.
