A pair of brothers accused of stealing presents and food from a Christmas charity drive were back in court on Friday
Police say Charles and David Haddix backed a trailer up to the Bopsters Motorcycle Club on Shelby Avenue, taking toys and turkeys meant for sick children and needy families.
The men are charged with burglary.
Friday, the case against the Haddix brothers was sent on to the grand jury.
