A Casey County man accused of keeping more than 100 dogs in filthy conditions says he's guilty.

Caleb Stinson's plea came during his arraignment Tuesday on second degree animal cruelty charges.

He was sentenced to pay more than $400 in fines and court costs.

Officials found the dogs on Stinson's property last month. He says a health problem kept him from cleaning their quarters.

The dogs were taken to an animal shelter.
