An Alabama truck driver, charged with murder in a deadly crash in Franklin County says he didn't do it.
Paul George Neto had a circuit court arraignment on Friday morning where he pleaded not guilty to murder and drug charges.
Police say Neto was under the influence of marijuana and methamphetamine when he crossed the center line on U.S. 421 in Frankfort and slammed into a minivan.
That crash killed 41-year old Leslye Robertson of Frankfort. She died at the scene. Neto was taken to the hospital for treatment, but was then taken on to the Franklin County Regional Jail.
Police say they also found drugs in Neto's truck.
Neto was indicted by a grand jury earlier this week. He's being held on a one million dollar cash bond.
