The man accused of killing a mother and two young children went back to court on Monday.
Robert Drown had asked for a change of venue for his trial. Now, the prosecutor is saying that a television interview given by Drown last month should negate that.
The judge did not rule on Monday but said she was inclined to keep the change of venue under consideration, saying Drown had the right to talk about the case to the media.
The judge won't rule specifically until the next hearing on February 18th.
Drown is the man accused of killing Jennifer Ison and her two girls in her home in Carter County, then burning the place down.
The judge is now considering a gag order in the case to prevent any future problems.
