Flu cases are on the rise in Kentucky, which means lots of kids are home from school and workers are home sick.
Wayne County and Corbin Independent schools canceled classes on Monday because so many students have been home sick.
School officials at Scott County say they may have to cancel classes later this week if student attendance continues to drop.
School nurse Janet Smith says there are now seven flu cases confirmed in the district.
