If the governer wants to release these idots, let him take them to his house . So they can steal his stuff, rape his family, and kill his wife. That's what tey are going to do to us. As far as thier drug use, it's not a sickness it's a choice they make. We as tax payers pay when they OD (that needs to stop to),if they choose to use let them die, thats seems to be what they want anyway.

are these people wanted for parole violations is there a reward

it always seeems a state of KY parole or probation fugitive is behind some our communities most violent crimes. My question is, why haven't they been apprehended before they have a chance to commit further crimes? I thought Lexington had a federally sponsored task force who's purpose is to track down and arrest these offenders. I believe it's the U.S. Marshalls who do this type of work. Where are they when we need them the most? You see them on local TV from time to time, but usually when they only want to "toot" their own horn or highlight some insignificant arrest just to justify their position. Why don't you overpaid Marshalls get off your duffs and do something about the numerous outstanding wanted criminals living in our state? This is gov't waste at it's best. Does the Lexington police even care about what's going on?

I WOULD IMAGINE MANY OF THESE GUYS AND GALS HAS'NT DONE NOTHING VIOLENT ENOUGH TO STAY LOCKED UP, THAT EXPLAINS THE HALFWAY HOUSE SITUATION. MATTER IN FACT GOVERNER BESHEAR HAS EVEN SAID ONE OF HIS TOP THINGS TO GET DONE WHILE IN OFFICE IS TO REDUCE THE NUMBER IN THE KENTUCKY PRISON POPULATION. SO IF YOU HAVE'NT MURDERED SOMEONE, ROBBED A BANK OR A CAPTAIN D'S THEN, OR SOMESICKO MOLESTING CHILDREN, OR IF YOU AIN'T A HOMOSEXUAL, THEN YOU NEED NOT TO WORRY ABOUT HAVING A KENTUCKY PRISON ADDRESS.

A half way house is meant to be an alternative to prison for low level criminals. Do they work? I don't know! How do you judge human nature. Vices and drugs seem to be ruining more and more of our citizens but it is an individual choice. You have to try and intervene and the hope is that, for at least some, half way houses change behavior. The reality is that no rehabilitation can occure if the person commiting criminal acts refuses to reform. Corrections officials, sociologist, and psychologist can do nothing except provide support to those who want to change. Unfortunately many love their drugs to much or love the lure of, what they perceive as easy money. We all know where drugs lead. But I also can tell you where so called easy money leads. What happens to drug king pins? They usually die early. In fact, factoring in life expectancy and prison time, the average drug dealer would make more working McDonalds over their life time than they would selling drugs. It's a fact

Looks like the biggest problem with all of these criminals is allowing them to go to a halfway house. Out of the 30 wanted 8 of them had a "last known address as halfway house". That should give you a clue that these halfway houses do not work.
