Some residents at Lexington's Ingleside Mobile Home Park are pleading for help.
They say they were told months ago that the mobile home park would be cleared out for new development and that they were promised money to help them move out.
They say they're frustrated, however, because new owner Neal Evans has been giving them the run around.
One resident told us Evans would set up meetings to discuss concerns, and then never show up.
Several residents we spoke to say they just want what was promised to them so that they can move on.
27 NEWSFIRST spoke to Neal Evans, who would only comment that homeowners would receive assistance within the next week.
The residents still living in the park say they've been told they must move out by the end of March.
