Investigators say Kenton County say a three year old girl was taken to a hospital, drunk and beaten.
They say the child had broken bones, bleeding on the brain and a fractured arm.
Police say doctors were even more alarmed when blood results revealed the child had a blood alcohol level of .15, twice the legal limit in Kentucky.
We're told investigators are interviewing the last four adults the child came in contact with, before she was hurt.
Police say the child and her four year old sister have been removed from the custody of their mother and are now with relatives.
