Remembering Devastating Fire, One Year Later

A year after a devastating fire in downtown Frankfort, work to rebuild is still underway.

Tuesday marks the one-year anniversary of the St. Clair Mall fire that left almost $1.5 million in damage.

Stephen Malcolm has pleaded guilty to setting the fire. He'll be sentenced in May.
