A commercial jet had to be diverted to Lexington early Tuesday morning after a medical emergency for a passenger.
The Chautauqua Airlines jet, which runs service for American Airlines, landed in Lexington at around 8:30.
The flight from Baltimore to St. Louis had to be diverted because of an unconscious passenger.
Blue Grass Airport says the diversion did not cause any problems or delays for the airport. The jet was able to take off later Tuesday morning and continue its journey to St. Louis.
