Man Who Caused Deadly Crash Wants Out Of Jail

A man who admitted to causing a crash that killed his passenger in Clark County wants out of jail.

Richard Parsons has served almost five months of a two year sentence after pleading guilty to reckless homicide. The Winchester Sun reports Parsons plans to ask for shock probation.

Police say he was driving under the influence when he crashed along Kentucky 627 in December. His car went down a 70 foot embankment.
