End Of Spring Break Makes Hazing Investigation Easier At EKU

At Eastern Kentucky University in Madison County, officials hope students returning from spring break will make a hazing investigation easier.

23-year-old Brent Whiteside spent several days at a Lexington hospital. His family claims he was hurt in a hazing incident.

He was reportedly involved with the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity. That fraternity has been suspended by both EKU and the national chapter while an investigation is underway.

EKU officials say it was difficult to look into the incident because most students were out of town for spring break last week.
