Lawrenceburg Police arrested two people late Tuesday night on charges of making meth.

Police say a car ignored a stop sign on Hilltop Drive.

When officers got closer to the car, they say they smelled a strange odor then found items used to make meth.

April Cheak and Brian Neikirk are now in jail.

Police say there wasn't an active lab in the car and there was no immediate danger to the public.
