On Tuesday, Pope Benedict the 16th will land in the US. He's scheduled to make stops in Washington and New York.

Some Kentucky students are doing their part to make sure the Pope's visit is a pleasant one.

Students at St. Mark's in Richmond made cards Friday afternoon for Pope Benedict. Even though he's not visiting Kentucky, school leaders said they wanted to make sure the students understand what an important moment this is.

It's been 13-years since the last visit by a pope to the US.
