Officials Ask For Help To Care For Seized Horses

Officials in Rockcastle County are asking for the public's help to care for horses seized in an animal cruelty case.

Investigators say they found five dead horses and 21 others in bad shape at a farm. 54-year-old Jerry Campbell has been cited.

The Rockcastle County Fiscal Court is now in charge of taking care of the horses, it needs financial help.
