Bank Robbery Suspect's Car Found In Pond

Investigators say they have found the car used in a Bourbon County bank robbery.

Police found the car in a Harrison County pond early Tuesday morning.

The North Middletown branch of Kentucky Bank in Bourbon County was robbed Monday morning.

The robber showed the teller a handgun then demanded money.

No one was hurt.

The robber is described as a white man with a chubby face. He was wearing a blue hoodie with gold writing on it and low rider jeans at the time of the crime. Police say the same hoodie was found shortly after, along a nearby road.

Witnesses say the bank robber left the scene in a 1992 Honda Accord.
