Man stabbed, thrown out of car at grocery store

SPENCER COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Police are trying to figure out who stabbed a man, then kicked him out of a car at a grocery store.

Police say people at Elk Creek Grocery, on Taylorsville Road in Spencer County, saw a car pull up Wednesday afternoon, and a man kicked out onto the ground.

As the car sped off, police say witnesses noticed Jason Hill, 29, of Indiana had been stabbed multiple times.

"He says, 'Help me, I've been stabbed,'" one witness said. "He was looking at me... and when he moved his hand, I could see the blood."

Police say Hill was airlifted to a Louisville hospital. His condition is not known.

Police haven't released a description of the car.
