Police in Powell County have arrested a suspect in a grocery store robbery.

Two employees were closing the Save-A-Lot in Stanton Wednesday night when they say a man with a gun tied them to a desk.

Police say the suspect stole a large amount of money.

Police now say they've recovered the money.

Eugene Wayne Barnett is currently in the Powell County Jail charged with robbery and unlawful imprisonment.

He pleaded not guilty at an arraignment on Friday morning.
