A federal judge issued a guilty verdict for Lexington native, Charles "Junior" Johnson.
The Lexington Herald Leader says Johnson was found guilty of conspiracy and wire fraud.
He was a dot-com multi-millionaire before his Las Vegas-based PurchasePro became involved in an accounting scandal.
The government charged that Johnson engaged in a number of fraudulent acts in order to prop up PurchasePro's revenue picture and stock price.
Johnson could now decades in prison.
