Richmond Police looking for man they say abused child

RICHMOND, Ky. (WKYT) - Police are asking for help finding a man they say abused a child.

Richmond Police issued an arrest warrant for 23-year-old Stephen Dean after receiving a complaint from social services.

Police say the 3-year-old child had severe bruising on his back, legs, and other parts of his body.

Police say they will charge Dean with criminal abuse.

Anyone with information on Dean's whereabouts is asked to call Richmond Police at 859-623-1163.
