Higher gas prices are now forcing the Ford Motor Company to cut back production on its pickup trucks and SUVs.

Ford says both types of vehicles aren't selling that well right now as consumers look to more gas-efficient cars. The company also says it will break even financially this year, instead of making a profit.

Ford has both a truck plant and an SUV plant in Louisville. The truck plant, which makes F-series super duty trucks, had already announced rolling layoffs for next month.
