Driver Fails Drug Test After School Bus Crash

A bus driver is now facing charges for a crash that sent all 51 students on board to the hospital.

Police in Bullitt County have now arrested the bus driver, Tammy Capps, for DUI and endangering children. Police say Capps tested positive for marijuana after last week's crash.

Originally police said the crash happened because Capps was distracted, trying to break up a fight between two students. The bus dropped off the side of the road and tuned over.

None of the children's injuries was serious.

Capps has also been fired by the school system.
