Both accidents happened along the same stretch of Russell Cave Road, the most recent was Sunday night. Police say 22-Year-Old Ezau Avila-Leon was at a roadside vigil for his friend, when he was hit and killed by a car.

We're told Avila-Leon was directing traffic on Russell Cave Road near Faulkner Road when he was hit. Avila-Leon was with a group who was remembering another man, 21-Year-Old Fredi Rosas. Rosas died Friday night when his car ran off the road and hit a tree.

Friend Marcos Jaramillo says friends and family of both victims are trying to learn how to cope with the double loss. "We're going through a lot, we were trying to get one back home and now we have another one, it happened at the same spot, almost at the same as the first accident", said Jaramillo.

Friends are now seeking help to transport the bodies to family members in both Chicago and Mexico.

Police tell 27NEWSFIRST they do not expect charges will be filed in the accident.
