Kentucky Taking Fight Over Rock To Court

The Commonwealth of Kentucky is about to take its fight over a disputed rock to court.

At issue is Indian Head Rock, a boulder which used to sit at the bottom of the Ohio River.

It was pulled from the water, and now sits in Ohio.

But state officials claim the rock belongs to Kentucky.

So Wednesday, they're planning to present their case to a grand jury.

They're pushing for theft of antiquities charges, saying the historic rock is state property.
