A man is dead after an accident on a farm in Montgomery County.
Police say early Tuesday morning they found the body of 68-year-old Linville Davis near the Valhalla subdivision in Mt. Sterling. The coroner says he died from injuries from a roll hay baler.
As you may recall, Davis made news back in April when police reported finding horses dead and starving on his Clark County farm.
He was due to stand trial on animal cruelty charges next week.
