Police arrest 82-year-old man on drug trafficking charge

FRANKFORT, Ky. (WKYT) - An 82-year-old man faces charges after police say he trafficked prescription drugs at a bar.

Frankfort Police arrested James Broughton Tuesday.

Police say they had been investigating prescription drug trafficking at the Downtown Bar on St. Clair Street.

Police say they seized some prescription drugs from Broughton during the arrest.

He's been charged with second degree drug trafficking. Police say more charges are possible against him.
