Some storms are possible during the morning and afternoon on Tuesday. Damaging winds and flooding will be the main threats. With an already soaked ground, expect strong winds to easily bring down some trees.
SOMERSET, Ky. (WKYT) - Police have charged a man with murder two days after they say he caused a deadly crash in Pulaski County.
Somerset Police say 36-year-old Justin Litton was arrested late Monday afternoon after he was released from UK Hospital.
Police say Litton crashed his car into 33-year-old Levi Stephens' car Saturday night on Highway 80 in Pulaski County.
Stephens died in the crash. Earlier Saturday night, police say they received a report that Litton was driving while impaired.
Police say they first spotted Litton's car parked outside a business, without its lights on. When police approached the car, they say Litton drove off.
Police say Litton then crashed just minutes later.
WKYT looked into Litton's criminal history and found he was charged with DUI and driving on a suspended license just last month. He also has two previous alcohol intoxication charges.
