Authorities say three of the four inmates who escaped from the Campbell County jail in Newport have now been caught.
Chief Deputy Jailer Jim Daley said Bruce Allen Rawn, 22, and
Branden Edward Day, 18, were captured in Covington Saturday after escaping the night before with the other inmates.
Sunday, police caught up with Robert Lee Ashbrook, 28, who was serving time for unlawful transaction, violating probation and being a fugitive from another state.
Only one inmate still remains on the run. Jorge Zetina Gomez, 34, who is charged with attempted murder.
Daley said the four went though a bathroom ceiling vent, tore through an air conditioning vent and made their way across the roof and on to the ground.
He said workers the vents are being replaced with steel bars and that "personnel issues" are being reviewed to ensure inmate supervision.
