Police: Meth lab explodes in Laurel County

LAUREL COUNTY, Ky. (WKYT) - Police are trying to figure out who's responsible for a meth lab they think exploded near London.

The Laurel County Sheriff's Office says they found the remnants of the lab Sunday night in a parking lot off Stone Road.

The remnants included some pieces of clothing, and items used to make meth.

Investigators think the meth lab exploded when activated.

They think someone may have been injured, but so far, no one has turned up at a hospital for treatment.
