Two months after a Lexington man was gunned down, police say they've now caught his killer.
The U.S. Marshals Service arrested 29-year-old James Demetrius Mullins on Tuesday morning.
Police say he shot 20-year-old Dominic Faulkner to death on Whitney Avenue back in April.
An arrest warrant was issued for Mullins several weeks ago. He's is now being held in the Fayette County Detention Center.
