After a three month investigation, Richmond police have now filed charges in a hazing incident at Eastern Kentucky University.
Two current members of the Kappa Alpha Psi fraternity and one alumni member are charged with fourth degree assault.
Police say the three men used a paddle and cane to beat 23-year-old Brent Whiteside, a pledge of the fraternity.
Whiteside spent several days in the hospital.
21-year-old Thomas Barnes is in police custody. Police are still looking for 22-year-old Gabriel McLaren and 32-year-old Alonzo McGill.
