MONTICELLO, Ky. (WKYT) - UPDATE:
A second victim has died as a result of a crash in Wayne County.
Kentucky State Police tell us Gladys Parmley, 69, of Monticello, died at UK Hospital Tuesday night.
An investigation is underway into a crash that killed a woman and injured three people in Wayne County Tuesday.
The crash happened just after 1 p.m. on the Highway 90 Bypass in Monticello.
Kentucky State Police say a Kia Spectra rear ended a Toyota Camry, causing the Camry to cross the center line and hit an oncoming Dodge Caravan.
The Wayne County coroner says 57-year-old Louanne Ellis, of Somerset, died at the scene.
Police say 28-year-old Jessica Whitaker, 75-year-old Veila Stephenson, and 69-year-old Gladys Parmley were all airlifted to UK Hospital and are in critical condition.
