Police in eastern Kentucky are investigating a death at a flea market.

It happened Monday morning in the Goody Community of Pike County, off US 23.

Witnesses say 39-year-old Philip Hickman pulled up and parked near a fireworks stand. Witnesses, who did not see the actual shooting, say they heard gunshots and then saw a green pickup truck leaving the scene.

Police say Hickman died at the scene from a gunshot wound.

Police put out an APB for a green pickup truck. They say the driver of that truck later turned himself in, but that person has not been charged with anything.

Kentucky State Police are investigating the shooting.

I don't get it. Why are the news agencies not reporting it was Ikey Lee McCoy who turned himself in? Everybody in Pike County knows it.

I found Christ; he was selling fireworks at the stand I know it was him because when the guy in front of me asked how much everything in his basket would cost, he then yelled "Jeezus Christ that's a lot of money."

Wow, that's awesome Jon. A man gets shot to death in SE KY and from that you prophesy the end of time. Get real! You must not be from Kentucky. It's more newsworthy if we go a whole day and no one gets shot in SE KY. Actually agree with you that everyone needs to find Jesus. I just doubt you're The Prophet. Be very careful. You need to actually read the book of Revelation. We are cautioned to not add or to take away from God's Word.
