Police in eastern Kentucky are investigating a death at a flea market.

It happened Monday morning in the Goody Community of Pike County, off US 23.

Witnesses say 39-year-old Philip Hickman pulled up and parked near a fireworks stand. Witnesses, who did not see the actual shooting, say they heard gunshots and then saw a green pickup truck leaving the scene.

Police say Hickman died at the scene from a gunshot wound.

Police put out an APB for a green pickup truck. They say the driver of that truck later turned himself in, but that person has not been charged with anything.

Kentucky State Police are investigating the shooting.

I don't get it. Why are the news agencies not reporting it was Ikey Lee McCoy who turned himself in? Everybody in Pike County knows it.

I found Christ; he was selling fireworks at the stand I know it was him because when the guy in front of me asked how much everything in his basket would cost, he then yelled "Jeezus Christ that's a lot of money."
