New information tonight about an EKU football player charged in a violent shoplifting case. Monday night, the EKU Athletics Department indefinitely suspended Davin Walker from the football program.
Police arrested Walker last week at the Richmond Wal-Mart. Officers say he stole from the store and while trying to get away, pushed a 69-year old woman into a shopping cart. The woman fell and lost part of her thumb in the incident.
Walker plead not guilty to the charges Monday in court.
