Police in eastern Kentucky are investigating a double shooting.

Kentucky State Police say they responded to a call on Tuesday of a shooting on Rolling Ridge Drive in the Lost Creek community of Perry County.

Police say they found 52-year-old Samuel Brashear and his 41-year-old wife, Tamela, with gunshot wounds.

Police say the couple had been arguing and Samuel Brashear shot his wife and then himself with a handgun.

They were both taken to a hospital in Hazard. Samuel was later transported to UK Medical Center in Lexington.

So far, no charges have been filed.
