A tragic end to a two-day search for a Washington County man. Doug Glass's family says he was last heard from Tuesday when he told his wife he was heading to his home in Springfield, the 48-year-old was found dead around 10:00 p.m. Thursday.

Washington County officials found the Bowling Green native about a mile from his home off Highway 152 in Washington County.

It's believed Glass somehow lost control of his vehicle and crashed into a deep ravine below, hiding any sign of the accident.

Police say an autopsy will likely be conducted.

At this time, police are just calling it an accident and they do not believe foul play was involved.

A family friend tells 27 NEWSFIRST Glass's funeral will likely be held sometime this weekend.
