ANDERSON CO. Ky. (WKYT) - An Anderson county woman, who admitted to tying up her granddaughter is in trouble with the law again.
Carolyn Case was arrested Friday morning and charged with perjury. According to the Anderson News, a grand jury indicted Case for lying about her finances in order to get legal help.
Case is being held in the Shelby County Detention Center.
Case's daughter and son-in-law were also charged in the tying case in 2012.
