Western Kentucky police say they will not charge the girlfriend of the man who killed five people and himself during a plant shooting.
Wesley Neal Higdon opened fire last month at the Atlantis Plastics plant in Henderson.
Police say his girlfriend failed to warn authorities that Higdon had called her, threatening to kill his supervisor, two hours before he went on a shooting spree.
She claims Higdon only threatened to kill himself, but she didn't think it was a serious threat.
On Wednesday 27 NEWSFIRST obtained surveillance video from inside the plant that captured the shootings as they happened.
