Scattered showers and storms continue to push across the region. Local high water issues remain possible through the evening.
Things are back to normal now but on Monday morning, thousands of people in Lexington were without electricity.
More than 3,900 customers in the Tates Creek area lost power just before 8:30. That also impacted traffic lights in the area.
A spokesperson for Kentucky Utilities says the outage occurred at the Wilson-Downing substation, but they're not sure why.
Power was back on by 9:15 in the morning.
