A toddler is dead after being hit in the chest with a bat.

We're told two-year-old Henry Berlin was at T-ball practice with his family at a church in Louisville on Tuesday night.

A spokesperson with the YMCA says the boy's four-year-old sister was swinging a bat and accidentally hit the little boy when he ran up to her, causing a heart arrhythmia.

People at the scene did CPR, but the boy died at the hospital.

Police say it's a tragic accident, and no charges are expected.

God Bless this family. Please, God, let them find a way to deal with this terrible loss, and ease their pain. And be with the sister who will be traumatized over this the rest of her life...

My family and I will be praying for this family. We love baseball and live at the ballpark most of the year and never dreamed of something like this happening. It makes you realize how blessed you are for every second that God gives you with your children. Parents please cherish every moment with your babies! My prayer is that Heaven's angels will take care of this sweet child of God.
