Lawyers for a northern Kentucky woman accused of shooting her husband while he slept are trying to get her trial moved to Lexington.

Cheryl McCafferty's lawyers say she won't get a fair trial in Campbell County because of the publicity surrounding the case.

The assistant commonwealth's attorney in Campbell County tells the Cincinnati Enquirer he's sure they can seat an impartial jury.

McCafferty remains in jail on a one million dollar bond.
