An Indiana man already serving time for three murders says he's not guilty of a fourth in Franklin County.

34-year-old Ronnie Dontrell Drane is accused of killing his cousin, Herman Buchanan, in Frankfort in 2003.

Drane was extradited to Franklin County this week where he's now awaiting a trial for Buchanan's murder.

Police say Buchanan witnessed two of the murders Drane committed and had moved to Kentucky to hide from him.

Drane was sentenced to 180 years for three murders in Indiana.
