Eight Lawsuits Remain In Comair Crash

Only eight lawsuits remain in the crash of Comair flight 5191.

Ten lawsuits have been settled since July 17th, when a federal judge ordered meetings between victim's families and the airline.

49 people lost their lives when the plane went down shortly after taking off from Blue Grass Airport back in August of 2006.

An attorney for the families says he does expect some of the cases to go to trial on Monday.
