A Scott County man, accused of killing his parents, headed back to court on Friday afternoon.
James Anthony Gray is charged with the murders of his parents, James and Vivian, inside their Sadieville home in April of last year.
At Friday's hearing, Gray's attorney, Rodney Barnes, asked the judge for information he says he needs to help move this case forward, such as the coroner's report, crime scene photos, and information on who entered and left the crime scene.
Even though the trial isn't until June of next year, Barnes says this case will take awhile to prepare. There is a lot of evidence in this case and Gray could face the death penalty if convicted.
Anthony Gray is due back in court on September 5th.
