Tuesday, people in Lexington will get to voice their opinions on funding for projects surrounding the controversial new CentrePointe skyscraper.
There will be a public meeting on tax increment financing, or TIF, for the project at 6:00 p.m.
Mayor Jim Newberry and several other urban county council members make up the TIF task force.
City officials say public comments will be limited to three minutes and must concern either the TIF proposal relating to the CentrePointe project or the process by which TIF proposals will be considered in the future.
Tuesday's meeting will take place in the government center downtown at 200 E. Main Street.
